B2B Account Executives (Sales)

Qualifications:

  • The candidates should have excellent English and will be based in Philippines.

Job Description

  • Educating customers about our business solutions.
  • Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts.
  • Closing customer contracts and generating new sales.
  • Using DataBox automation tools to track progress and report goals.
  • Analyzing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions.
  • Managing team members and facilitating collaboration in the workplace.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or 3 years+  related Business to Business (B2B) sales experience in the services industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of Human Resources Function, Workplace Safety, Training Services and/or have worked in an environment with similar responsibilities of working in a Sales Team.  
  • Additionally the successful candidate should have knowledge of the importance of customer service and follow-up.  
  • Candidates that can multi-task and are well organized will have a greater opportunity for success.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in letter or memo form and deal with mathematical and concrete variables derived from Excel Spreadsheets

Phone and Computer Skills:

Word processing, Excel Spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail, Knowledge of CRM System, answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages.
